Spending Christmas here was a fabulous experience. the festive music programs, lovely decorations, and warm atmosphere made this place feel like home. the spa treatments were rejuvenating, and the friendly staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. the central location allowed us to explore the amazing city with ease. We loved the wide variety of delicious food, especially the traditional Christmas treats and local dishes.

the prices for some of the services provided could have been more reasonable.

Great value for money and tasty food at the hotel’s restaurant. We had lunch there a couple of times and enjoyed the good variety of dishes offered. The staff was always friendly and efficient. We also appreciated the location of the hotel. It was near the center and within walking distance to many attractions. the hotel's building was well-maintained and clean, making it a nice place to relax.

The breakfast buffet could have had a little more variety and more options to choose from. , the spa had limited hours, so we didn't have the opportunity to use it as often as we would have liked.
